After upgrading to version 7, I understand that I will no longer be able to use RSMobile, RSWeb.NET or the Backup Tools.
End of Life – RSMobile / RSWeb.NET / Backup Tools
As of version 7, RSMobile, RSWeb.NET and the backup tools are no longer supported. All related features have
been removed from the software and they are no longer available for selection during installation.
Important RSWeb.NET Note
After upgrading to version 7, your customers will no longer be able to log in to RSWeb.NET. To continue offering
web access to your customers, you should upgrade to O’Neil Order.
Important RSMobile Note
All data on RSMobile scanners should be uploaded before upgrading. After upgrading to version 7, you will no
longer be able to use your RSMobile scanners. You will need to upgrade to Android/iOS devices for use with
Uninstall Legacy RS-SQL Features
If you have these features installed, they need to be uninstalled before upgrading to version 7.

If any of these features are detected during the upgrade, an error message will appear and the installation will stop.
