Alan Robinson 

Alan Robinson is the Chief Operating Officer of O’Neil Software, overseeing global operations to ensure that O’Neil remains at the forefront as the leading provider of best-in-class records and information management solutions for physical records centers.  

Alan’s strategic oversight and operational expertise have been critical in streamlining and enhancing service delivery and expansion across the company. Alan is also the co-founder of Annex, a groundbreaking e-commerce and data management platform for sourcing and managing secure offsite document storage services.  

Prior to Alan’s role as COO, he has held a series of leadership roles with increasing scope and impact including Vice President of Operations, Director of Technical Services, Director of Cloud Support and Director of Educational Services.  

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Alan contributes significantly to industry standards and practices as an active member of the EMEA Committee for i-SIGMA, collaborating with others to promote best practices in information governance and secure data management. 

Alan’s professional journey includes managing software operations on both a national and international scale, providing him with a broad perspective on global business challenges and solutions.
