Glenn Fichera

Glenn Fichera is the Vice President of Global Sales at O’Neil Software, where he is responsible for driving revenue generation and leading a team to expand the company’s market presence with secure physical records storage providers globally. With a career spanning over two decades, Glenn brings deep expertise in the records and information management industry, particularly in building and growing commercial records centers.
Before his current role, Glenn successfully developed the Asia, Middle East, and Africa business as the regional sales leader, establishing a significant presence for O’Neil Software in these regions. He originally joined O’Neil Software in 2002 as an Implementation Manager, focusing on on-site operations across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Earlier in his career, Glenn managed commercial records center facilities in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Dubai, gaining comprehensive experience in all aspects of the business, from warehouse operations and deliveries to administration and sales. His progressive leadership roles, including General Manager, have seen him construct two records centers from the ground up.
Glenn’s key achievements include pioneering the development of records management businesses in 30 countries, executing large-scale facility relocations, and operationalizing customer transitions to new platforms. His strategic insight and commitment to customer success have been instrumental in negotiating multi-country, multi-site transactions.
A graduate of the University of Queensland, Glenn is known for his strong work ethic and hands-on leadership style. He embraces challenges with curiosity and resilience, never asking others to do tasks he hasn’t done himself. Outside of work, Glenn enjoys competing in squash and following his favorite Australian football and cricket teams.
