Greg Marks brings over 25 years of experience in operations and information technology, with the past 15 years dedicated to supporting the global records and information management (RIM) community through his work at O’Neil Software. As a seasoned implementation specialist and trusted advisor, Greg has conducted on-site training and consulting in more than 150 record centers across four continents, helping clients optimize operational workflows and adopt industry best practices. 


A proud graduate of Humboldt State University, Greg combines a practical, hands-on approach with deep technical expertise across software platforms. Known for his relatable style and genuine commitment to client success, Greg is passionate about empowering records centers and secure destruction providers to operate more efficiently and profitably. 


Greg holds the Certified Secure Destruction Specialist (CSDS) designation and is an active contributor to industry events and forums.
