Annex.com can provide a single, centralized platform for you to purchase secure storage and destruction services as well as manage all your physical documents and data, regardless of where the documents are physically stored. With Annex.com you can:

No, Annex.com does not charge customers any fees for ordering services from service providers on the platform. You only pay for the storage and services you select, with transparent and upfront pricing—no hidden fees.

Yes, Annex.com prioritizes data security. Our platform operates on a secure, cloud-based system designed to protect all data handled through our services. We implement industry-leading security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and protection of your sensitive information. While we extend these protections to the fullest extent possible, certain service providers involved in transactions may have their own data security policies that are outside our direct control.

Annex.com is governed by a three-party agreement. A three-party agreement is one of the most effective strategies to protect the interests of all parties in a commercial transaction. The Annex.com Terms of Service outlines the rights and responsibilities amongst a service Provider (as the Seller), an End User (as the Customer), and Annex.com as the marketplace facilitator. It defines each party's obligations throughout the various stages of a transaction and throughout the business relationship.

Using Annex.com to find the right service provider is free. You will only be charged for services once you select a service provider and complete the checkout process. Billing is monthly. All costs incurred via confirmed storage and service activity over the previous 30 days are billed before the 15th of each month. Annex.com accepts all major credit cards.

Both Annex.com and the Service Provider share responsibility for customer service. Annex.com is responsible for facilitating the initial purchase transaction as well as billing, invoicing and payments. Order servicing and fulfillment along with most other operational obligations and communications are the responsibility of the service provider. However, Annex.com may step into the conversations as needed.

The initial term is one year and automatically renews for additional one year periods unless any party notifies the other parties of its intention not to renew within 30 days of the expiration of the current 1-year term.
